Our idea was simple. Let the city tell the story. We follow daily moments that citizens recognise at once. A chat at the café door. Reviewing plans with the works team. Listening to children at school. Churchill the dog asking for a morning scratch. A quiet walk by the ocean to order the mind.We filmed in one day and one night with natural light and patient framings that leave space for the viewer. The script reads like a letter to the community. We recorded voice in Portuguese with a warm studio chain and prepared subtitles for accessibility. Delivery included a master of 60 seconds and a cut of 30 seconds in horizontal and vertical, with captions and thumbnail set for social rollout.Built to earn trust. Made to feel close.
