The soul of a destination isn’t in its attractions, it’s in those who live and breathe its streets, who shape its culture, and who welcome you into their world.Matosinhos is famous for its seafood, its bustling fish markets, and the unmistakable aroma of fresh grilled fish. But is that enough to make it a destination? Food alone doesn’t tell the full story.My challenge was to capture the real Matosinhos. Not just the flavors, but the spirit. Not just the meals, but the hands that prepare them.For me, Matosinhos is its people, their passion, their unwavering beliefs, and their deep love for the place they call home. That is the story I set out to tell.
